Join Mentor Canada and Dr. Rosalind Chow, one of the world's leading scholars on sponsorship, for an engaging conversation on how mentoring and sponsorship work together to support growth, career advancement, and inclusion. Explore the foundations of mentoring and sponsoring, challenge common assumptions about the differences between mentors and sponsors, and learn practical strategies for creating opportunities that help others succeed. Participants will leave with actionable insights to become stronger mentors, more effective sponsors, and more impactful leaders 

Meet the Expert

Dr. Chow is a professor of Organizational Behaviour and Theory at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Chow studies how people can use their influence, networks, and everyday actions to support the success of others. Rosalind currently leads Executive Leadership programs in partnership with Deloitte and has served as the academic advisor to several corporate sponsorship programs. Dr. Chow holds a BA in Psychology from Columbia University, and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
