Are you looking to support a learning culture in your workplace? Are you wanting youth to gain hands-on job-related experience? Do you want to provide opportunities for youth facing barriers to employment?

MENTOR Canada has joined forces with the Canadian Parks and Recreation Association and Recreation North to create a Mentorship Guide that supports organizations in developing quality mentoring relationships in the workplace, and establishing a mentoring mindset amongst staff and leaders. The goal? Ensuring youth get hands-on training and have the opportunity to be paired with a mentor at their place of employment to benefit from an immersive learning experience.
