Welcome to Mentor Canada's live training and onboarding sessions for MentorCity, the virtual mentoring platform.
The Mentor Canada team is thrilled to present the virtual mentoring platform MentorCity and provide you with comprehensive and interactive training sessions and resources.
Before booking a session
We've made training videos and other resources available below that may answer your questions without the need for you to book a session. If you're new to the platform, you can book a Part 1 – Essentials to Onboarding session, and if you require further support our 1:1 Training & Support sessions are available as well.
Part 1 – Essentials to Onboarding
Will ensure proper onboarding of your organization, as well as basic customization of the virtual mentoring platform to suit the needs of your programs. Part 1 is mandatory before booking any 1:1 sessions. Please fill out the form below to reserve your spot.
Training Videos
Will take a deeper look into the customization of MentorCity to meet the needs of your programs. These training videos will also cover the onboarding and matching of mentors and mentees as well as how to manage your program (analytics, reports, admin dashboarding, and much more).
